What is blue hour?
According to Google, blue hour generally lasts 20 to 30 minutes just after sunset and just before sunrise. When everything is still and the light is barely still there, the color in the sky is slowly fading.
If you’re planning your California engagement session with me and you want them to look like this, blue hour is definitely a request you can make!

Engagement session Planning tip
When we are planning all the details of your session it is SO helpful to create a mini mood board. This is to keep us on the same page! With this, I am able to get a feel for colors, help you decide on outfits, pick a location, and know what you two are drawn to as a couple for posing.
In this case, her board had motion blue and blue hour, and I delivered just that!
